Nextgen BPO was founded by Mr. V.D Bhai Patel 2009. Being an effective communicator and team leader with proven team building and management abilities, he ensure that business is conducted in line with company’s policies, ethical practices, vision, mission and core values. He derives and implements pre & post marketing activities for successful new launching. He have expertise in development and implementation of business strategies, systems development, product positioning, team management.

His passion is to be successful and enhance those who are around him. He love to Participate in a team environment where he can provide support to achieve goals. He have succeeded in meeting targets through calls, emails, corporate presentations and training, negotiating, closing, client relationship management; strategic account management and online marketing.
